The Perrysburg Rowing Club is a competitive, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, comprised of hardworking, dedicated high school athletes from Northwest Ohio. We are growing and continually competing at higher and higher levels and are proudly rowing under the Yellow Jacket colors. Our team provides the opportunity to learn, grow and build lasting relationships unique to the world of rowing. In the spring of 2017, we became the Official Organization to represent Perrysburg High School Rowing and look forward to building this relationship.
Many of you will be unfamiliar with rowing. Don't worry, as a relatively unknown sport. Crew is challenging, physically and mentally but the rewards far outweigh the sacrifices we make. To experience the thrills and triumphs of rowing is something that very few are fortunate enough to experience. The teamwork and dedication to your boat mates can only be understood once you are in a boat.
You have taken the first step by finding us. Now jump on into the world of rowing. We are happy to answer any questions. Please feel free to call or email us.
Sincerely,
Perrysburg Rowing Club Board, Parents and Rowers.

Practice Start Date - Monday March 5th, 2018
Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Practice M-F
Location: Toledo Rowing Club 8 Main Street Toledo
(International Park near the Docks Restaurants)
Spring Season Fees: Total $550.00 plus $7.75 Annual US Rowing Membership and purchase of a team uniform. We do require every rower to participate in team fund raising. A per rower minimum of $150 in team fundraising is required for each rower each season in addition to the dues. The additional funds will be used for equipment purchases and upgrades. We will provide ample opportunities to participate in fundraising efforts. If you choose to "opt out" of fundraising, you can make a $150 contribution to the Perrysburg Rowing Club, although we view fundraisers as an opportunity for team building. Additional spirit clothing items are not required but will be offered to each rower to purchase. New rowers have the ability to come to practice the first week to make sure Crew is going to be a good fit. If it's decided after the first week of practice that rowing is not a good fit for you the fee will be refunded. We regret that after the first week of practice we are unable to refund your fees.
